Most households here are young families in three-bedroom homes, and that shapes the advice we give.
A split system in the living area often comes first. A second unit for the bedroom end gets added later, and we plan the first install so it does not box you in.
Long-held homes. Balanced ownership also means plenty of houses here run second and third-generation systems. We assess each one on its merits rather than pushing a replacement you do not need yet.
