Licensing and Warranty Questions

Are your technicians licensed for refrigerant work?
Yes. All refrigerant work is carried out under ARC Licence L162586, RAC01 - Full Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Licence, the full classification covering installation, service and refrigerant handling.
What if the fault comes back?
If a fault occurs due to workmanship, the team returns and fixes it at no cost. That is the Lifetime Labour Warranty, and it is why our installers are fussy about the details.

Split System and Ducted Questions
Sizing is where most homes get it wrong, and the housing stock here makes the answer fairly predictable:
Will one split system cool the whole house?

Can my cottage take ducted air conditioning?
Most can. The single-storey homes on generous blocks have the roof space duct runs need, and we confirm access and switchboard capacity at the onsite assessment. Our ducted air conditioning page covers it.
Does evaporative cooling suit our dry summers?
Beautifully, for most of the season. These units pull outside air through wet pads, so dry heat is exactly what they want and running costs stay low.
